Mitch has over 26 years of real estate experience & Sandi has 19 years experience, here in Southwest Florida. The Williams objective is assist astute buyers and sellers in understanding and maximizing the purchase and sale of real estate.
Prior to joining Premier, Sandi began a career in Naples residential real estate in 1988. Originally from Michigan, she has been a Naples resident since 1976. She attended Edison College and earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
Mitch has a diverse portfolio of real estate experience originating in International real estate investment and worked for WCI Communities winning several top producer and sales leader awards for developments including Pelican Landing, Gateway, Pelican Marsh and Tarpon Cove. He attended West Virginia University and graduated from Marshall University with degree in accounting. Mitch earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation, is a former CPA and has credentials in investment securities and mortgage brokering. In 2007, Mitch earned the EcoBroker Certified® designation, a training program on the energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions. EcoBroker® is a partner with Building America and Built Green Colorado Education.
Together, Mitch and Sandi have successfully helped a long list of families and friends create their own Southwest Florida lifestyle
